Order Processing Times

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in Jalisco, Mexico.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
If your payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM (CST), your order will be processed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow extra processing time during local holidays or high-demand sale seasons. Our operations adjust to the schedules and availability of current shipping companies.

Delivery Times & Estimations

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

Domestic Shipping (Within Mexico): Delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days for major cities and up to 5 to 7 business days for extended or rural areas.
International Shipping: Delivery takes between 15 to 35 business days depending on the destination country and local accessibility.

Tracking & Carrier Responsibilities

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email (insumosagrovetedi@icloud.com) or WhatsApp. Please note that for international shipments, updated tracking information may take up to 15 business days to sync on the carrier's international platform.

Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions

Customs Fees: The prices shown on our site do not include international import duties or taxes. Once the package reaches its destination country, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs Delays & Seizures: We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. Furthermore, because veterinary regulations vary by country, Vetedi is not responsible if local customs agents detain or confiscate the product. Our responsibility is limited to providing the tracking information correctly and on time. For more details on compliance, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

Damages & Delivery Issues

Inspection Upon Arrival: It is crucial that you check the condition of the box when you receive it. If the packaging is open, broken, or clearly tampered with, do not accept the package. Note the damages on the courier's delivery slip and report it immediately to insumosagrovetedi@icloud.com. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.
Support: If your package faces any major anomalies or is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will review your case and provide a resolution within 48 to 72 business hours.

Controlled Medications Restriction

In compliance with international and local health regulations, controlled medications cannot be shipped internationally or to domestic home addresses. These products can only be reserved online and must be picked up exclusively at our physical store upon presenting the original medical prescription.
